floors and carpet, paint, vanity in the bathroom and many other upgrades.
Besides terrific ocean views from both the balcony and bedroom we feature a 20 inch TV with DVD/VCR combo in the
living room, another TV with VCR in the bedroom and all the creature
comforts. We even have high speed internet access and free long distance
calling to the US and Canada. A full kitchen, pullout sofa, king sized bed are just a

What's near New Smyrna
Beach? Daytona Beach
is just 20 minutes North with access to the speedway and many other
attractions. Orlando is just a little over an hour away for access to
Disney World, Sea World, and Universal & MGM Studios. Kennedy Space Center
is just a 45 minute drive down the coast. What could be better than
vacationing on the beach with such easy access to all that FL has to offer?

What is
there to do in New Smyrna Beach? Here are just a few of of the
hundreds of activities. You can rent a four wheeler, or scooter and
take it for a ride just down the beach to see all that this area has to offer.
Take a tour of the lighthouse at Ponce inlet, or the Turtle Mound. Go have
a burger at Chases Restaurant or Breakers on the beach. Teens like to hang out at the
inlet to go surfing or boogie boarding on the bigger waves. Spend the
whole day on the beach or go shopping right across the street at the many shops.
What about cars on the beach?
We are on the
non-driving beach in New Smyrna. This means that no cars are
allowed on our part of the beach. There will be no cars going by you to
worry about with the kids or the extra noise. Simply walk out your door, past
the pool and hit the beach. If you do decide you want to drive your car
onto the beach you can drive up the road about 1/2 mile to the driving part of
the beach and drive from there all the way to the inlet.
